Formed back in 1991, Investors in People was established by the UK Government to help organisations get the best from their people. The accreditation is a management framework for achieving high performance.
We were put through a rigorous and objective assessment to determine performance. The assessment concluded that we are an excellent company with an open and flexible culture towards people management. We met 87 evidence requirements from a total of 164 assessed; thus formally recognising us as an Investors in People organisation. This is an excellent outcome for an organisation new to the assessment process for Investors in People.

The topics distinguish between core topics and the more advanced topics intended to stretch performance further. We will the use the Investors in People framework to map out our forward plans, one of which is to the meet the Standard at the highest possible level.
We now proudly join the 15,000 organisations across 75 countries who too, have been accredited the Investors in People standard for empowering people on a daily basis.
An organisation will exceed the Investors in People assessment by realising the potential of their people – a simple idea. Our approach to people is what makes us different. After all, character defines success.
